Download the Palladium Hotel Group app on your phone - use this to make dinner reservations at the a la carte restaurants and check out activities around the resort. There is free wi-fi throughout the resort
Electrical Voltage
Mexico uses the same outlets as Canada and voltage is 127V
What to bring or pack...

Money - Enough for tips, excursions and souvenirs - Lots of small bills for tippings

Sunblock and after sun lotion- Reccommend 15-30 SPF as you will burn

White clothes - There is a white party at the resort and these clothes can also be worn to our Mayan Ceremony

Beach attire (bathing suit, flip flops, hat, sunglasses, etc) - beach towel not required

A light jacket if it gets cool at night

Insulated mug if you want to keep drinks cold and sand free

Pool/water floaties especially if you have kids

Snorkeling gear as there is lots of good snorkeling areas off the beach

Tyelnol/Advil and Pepto Bismol (just in case)

Comfortable shoes as the resort is very large

Toiletries (shampoo + conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, etc)

Mosquito spray - the resort is in the jungle after all

Water shoes if you have sensitive feet (parts of the beach are very rocky). Also great for many excursions
